Nils Bech, A Sudden Sickness. Directed by Benjamin Alexander Huseby. On Saturday, March 16, at 6pm, renowned Norwegian singer and performance artist Nils Bech will perform songs from his new album Look Inside as part of SculptureCenter's SC Evenings event-based public program series. For his performance at SculptureCenter, Bech will incorporate sculptural objects as props and stage elements developed by fellow artist Eirik Sæther. Bech uses objects, environments, movement and music to develop minimal musical performances that form rituals based on events from his own life. This free performance will be followed by a reception and special DJ set by Jory Rabinovitz.
