Let's Explore more Ice Castles! We've been going to the Midway Ice Castles in Utah since Jiraiya was 12 months. I've learned a few things to have a fabulous time so I figured I'd share with you! *Dress for snow play, base layer(Cuddlduds from Sierra Trading Post), mid layer(fleece from The Children's Place), waterproof outer layer(@janandjul fleece lined pants and coat). Waterproof gloves(#janandjul or @stonzwear ), warm knit or fleece hat and @merrell crush snow boots! *Parents, do the same, wear layers and waterproof gear so you too can enjoy the awesomely fun slides and stay warm and dry! *Hand and toe warmers are a must Just In Case! You don't want to leave early bc you or your child is too cold. No re-entry! *****Go potty before entering, there are no bathrooms inside! No re-entry! *We always take our own coffee and hot cocoa in our @fiftyfiftybottles and small snacks like Cliff bars, fruit gummies. But they do sell hot cocoa and churros if you forget. *Go at 4:30pm on a weekday to enjoy both the sunlight and the night lights, as well as less people. *No strollers! You're walking in slush(waterproof boots!) You are allowed sleds but I'd highly suggest baby carriers instead to not annoy everyone else. *Not necessary but I wore my @kahtoola Spikes to provide more stability.
