For as long as i can remember i have been an avid fashion enthusiast. There's no doubt about it, it's an addictive world. With its astounding artistry and colourful creatives, there are so many possibilities to grasp. It's near impossible to keep track of this ever evolving industry. But, in a society ruled by copy-cats and fakers, it is so easy to lose sight of what fashion really means. What does it mean? Well, fashion varies from you to me and no two people have the same inclinations in terms of style which is what truly makes it such a unique art form. Today, i see the same parkas and converse on the streets and it's a true rarity to see one with an outfit of any true originality. Is it just me? Am I just being pedantic? I feel we all need take inspiration from McQueen. Notoriously opposed to the 'LBD'- he was the personification of unconventional. And that's what society has become today: too conventional. Its better to dress how you feel than to conceal your own being under crop tops and leggings, which, rather ironically, don't conceal anything. Be the person you want to be. Don't conform and remember you are your own person. - Saskia
