As of right now, there's at least one Titan that hasn't been accounted for.
This one. Behold, the humble Ruinshard Mauler. Him and his sister titanspawns, the Shamblers and Scuttlers, constitute a Titanspawn brood we haven't seen the master of yet. The prevailing theory is that spawn function as digits of a hand, so to speak. With every other type we've seen and battled their masters: Greer, Decima, and Ura. With Bava Nisos looming over us, the source of this fourth brood becomes clear.
Behold, the Bloodstone Titan. The existence of this concept art confirms to me what I had already suspected: that the tainted landscape of northern Janthir has allowed a titan, possibly the one Mabon saw, to adapt to its surroundings and become a massive walking cathedral of blood. I think this will probably be a meta boss for Bava Nisos when we get that gate open.
