It was raining cats and dogs (literally and figuratively) this morning as the movers started packing up our things. Julius got scared and jumped out of Patrick’s arms before log rolling down our hardwood stairs. He’s been checked out and is ok, thank goodness. I think we’re all just ready for it to be Friday so we can be on our way!

JET Program Results

Two days ago, I got my results from the JETProgram and I’ve been accepted as an ALT! I’ve been stressed ever since the interview and now I have a whole new set of stressors in getting ready to leave the country. I have to renew my passport, get a special tax form, and an extensive physical among other things. Guess it’s time to figure out what to sell and what to put in storage.
