         she’s spent some time watching them together. whether it’s on missions, on the ghost, or just like now after they’ve spent time training. the difference between the young boy who joined them, and the young man who was with them as a member of their team was astonishing at times. and most of that was down to KANAN. if not all of it. a small smile graced the twilek’s features for just a moment as she leaned against the side of the ghost, gaze fixed on the jedi before her.     “ you’re doing great with him. “    her voice carried a little, not that she minded, they had some alone time for what felt like the first time in months. work was work, the rebellion was priority, but time like this? it was precious.    “ i know you won’t listen to yourself, but i know you’ll listen to me. so I PROMISE. you’re doing great with him. “    the words were repeated as she pushed away from her standing position to walk toward him, stopping just short, arms folded across her chest.     “ you should be proud. “     ———————- @jarrvs​ ⁞⁞ ❮ kanan. ❯

sage, sage, SAGE: how do you do it??? how do you write such beautiful nuanced characters so WELL? every character you write is so wonderfully done, and you’ve got such an amazing array of characters that i can’t help but admire! even beyond that, though, you’re such a warm, positive force on my dash ( and funny to boot?? you’re too powerful ) and i love seeing your urls pop up whenever they do on my dash!!

eyes lift and find a familiar face still without a name -- exhausted, out of breath -- a glaive hard at work.    ❛  i have not had a moment to thank you, sir...?  ❜    brows raise, a subtle invitation for the good soldier’s name, a blessing to hear the very sound fall from the oracle’s lips...

        blaster shots fired over their heads, her hand gripping her own pistol. the two words almost stopped her dead in her tracks, with chopper quickly pushing her out of the way of a surprisingly well aimed trooper. had he honestly just thrown that at her? now? she’d be lying to herself if she wasn’t a little bit happy about it, but damn, great timing kanan! ducking behind a massive boulder, she glanced over at the jedi, brows raised.     “ really? you’re asking me that right now? “        voice carried over the shots being fired, and the shouts of their crew, followed by the maniacal laughter of hondo.      “ we’re a little busy right now, kanan! unless you hadn’t noticed! “     quickly aiming over the rock, she fired toward a trooper, hitting him right in the breastplate. bullseye. ducking back down, a smirk crept onto her lips before she turned back to him.    “ okay. yes! i’ll marry you! just make sure we get out of this mess first! “
