@jashasedai: for the WIP-ask, the word “hotel” (just like before, these aren’t all from the same WIP, and it got a bit long so.. squiggly line time!):

Nico again spoke French, looking so at home it made Daniel think he should have asked to swing by the hotel to change his clothes.

When they were going back to the hotel he wondered briefly if Mark knew Daniel was a werewolf.

The next memory was in the hall on his floor of the hotel, and he had to concentrate to think about it.

He was afraid of a late-night knock on his hotel room door, of... something.

Jenson had texted him several times over the course of his first meeting with Jo, first to say they were going to talk, then that they were in his hotel room.

Still, when he and Kimi came down to the completely empty spa at the hotel, bored and worn out from the long trip but not allowed to have a drink to relax, he had to admit it was pretty good to be Ferrari.

“You’ve all been quarantined to the hotel until further notice as there has been a slight... eh... complication,” Christian said lamely.

Surely a hotel that catered to Formula 1-drivers could do better than warm, flat beer?

When he came back to his hotel room the shower was already in use.

Most of the hotel was decorated in the team colors, there was a manned open bar indoors, another outdoors, and the staff had been paid well enough that they actually seemed happy to play host to the event.

“We’re always away and traveling together and sharing hotels... if you just want to...” he cleared his throat in an obvious way, “...it would make sense to do it with another driver.”

Well, they're short. That's what. The press conference is a little longer, and Battle Hymns is a little longer. Otherwise, Drabble sets.

I know, I know, but it’s been really crazy at work, and I need to be able to concentrate to read and then remember what I read. Otherwise, I read and I forget 10 minutes later, so I’m perpetually confused.. haha! 

Next week, I start my vacations from work, so I have a month all to myself, to read and write whatever I want. CANNOT WAIT!
