Unfortunately getting abs requires eating annoying amounts of protein on top of working out it’s a huge hassle. :/
That would explain it. Because dinghy sailing is a very intense ab workout.
I was so productive today and I feel quite pleased and happy and most of the productivity was at my friend’s house where I helped them garden and put together a hammock and clean and then I came home and organized my spices and got the spice rack up on the wall and sequestered most of the gluten into a single cupboard so our new roommate won’t die.
