That’s from a flashback thing in the Book of Circus arc, it’s little baby Ciel with his dad Vincent, and the blond guy is one of their associates I think? I can’t completely remember what happened in the scene cause I read it forever ago and haven’t caught up on the new season yet.
But yeah, baby Ciel and his daddy and I cry over that a lot.
