I just read adaptation

It was good

I liked amber a lot

I liked david a lot

I ship reese with both???

And though i understand reese’s hurt at having been betrayed (!), amber did save her life and was trying to keep her safe

And i got annoyed at reese for being so LDGDLKWJDL about the possibility of getting hurt by david

But then i compared it to my aljfLsjdjdk bullshit about my thing where im so convinced i’ll fail that i sabotage myself by reading a book till 4 a.m. when i need to make exceptionally important calls tomorrow
