Assuming you mean base as in an edited base image... I actually sketched and drew the whole thing freehand, and borrowed the colours from Charmander’s official art. :D

Would Legendary Sorceries or Instants be possible? How would they work?

The trick is this. They can't work the same as how Legendary works on permanents, so we'd have to find a different yet flavorfully consistent way for them to work.

If Incarnations are physical manifestations of abstract things, why do we have so many (new and old) Elementals that fit that description? I'm thinking of Baleful Force, Doomgape, Embodiment of Insight, and Time Elemental, to name four.

There isn't a clean division between all of our creature types.
