Okay, real opinion about this 'Romance' with the guy since I finally had the guts to finish Shadow Heritage and start a bit of Bloodline.
I might not maake sense, but whatever. I just wanted to ramble on.
I might be projecting too much on my Kassandra. I am not too keen on marrying and despite being a pansexual, I prefer the female partners... I guess the male side of things is okay depending on the situation but I have this slight fear of men.
I wouldn't mind romancing Brasidas for my Kassandra and have kids with him btw, but Natakas...?
He's weak. I mean, there's no problem with weak wimpy dudes. Heck, I love ACIII Liberation's Aveline's Gerald to bits! But I think Alexios and Neema could've worked out better with this relationship than Kassandra and Natakas.
I do not hate Natakas. He's a nice character I would protect.
Not loving him doesn't change things. To hell with the bloodline, I say! But the change they did with the end of Chapter 2? Doesn't help. If they want a platonic thing to 'continue the bloodline' and just have a platonic relationship with Natakas... they should NOT have made me feel BAD about my decisions.
It was a one way relationship! Natakas obviously LOVES Kassandra, while she doesn't. I wish he doesn't make that sad face. I wish that they are OKAY with this relationship. Friends. Maybe share a closer bond as friends or whatever, but this forced relationship makes me feel very uncomfortable. I cannot explain, but there's something that makes me nope nope nope.
It should've been usual, but they guilt trip you instead and I haaate it...
The interaction was not bad. I loved the happy family. I love seeing a happy Kassandra. But it's not my Kassandra. You can feel so much love for Elpidios. It's definitely there.
I can't see Kassandra pregnant for 9 months and Darius is probably doing all the work while Natakas cooks and cleans and. Guess what? I would not be surprised if pregnant Kassandra would still do most of the heavy lifting then Darius and Natakas just had to force her to stop!xD
Anyways, the emotion is so true in this dlc, I felt Kassandra's sadness and anger throughout the ordeal as she tries to save her husband and child.
Seeing her cry over Natakas' body just... hurts... so much. I wish I could fix it but of course I can't.
BTW I hate how this dlc omits all the hardwork of your misthios from the main story! Whhat happens to her family? Myrrine? Nikolaos? Stentor? ALEXIOS? I am really more of my parents and siblings first kind of person, so I feel so bad that they were not even mentioned.
Eh, anyways, so I am off to save Elpidios. Wish me luck!
