I think Jackie needs to be let loose in like a trampoline park with Chase for fluff lmao
Yes, he does!!
----------
Jackie laughed as he and Chase walked through the doors to the trampoline park that had been fully rented out for the two of them to run free in. An idea made by Chase when they were coming up with something to blow off some steam since he didn’t want to worry about them accidentally falling on some poor kid.
“This is going to be so cool.” Jackie was nearly buzzing as he slipped his shoes off with Chase.
“Want to run straight into that wall over there?” Chase asked as he pointed to said wall.
“Yes!” Jackie took off first, with Chase following on his heels.
Henrik and Marvin had walked into the building behind Chase and Jackie but made their way over to a bench where they could sit and watch. This was a fun treat for the other two, a way to forget how stressful everything had been lately.
“I still do not understand why we were asked to come,” Henrik commented with a hum.
“Probably a just-in-case or something,” Marvin shrugged.
“Oh no. We are their emergency contacts.” Henrik groaned.
“I mean, you are a doctor. I’m just here to provide witty banter while you patch them up.” Marvin chuckled and paused at the sight of Chase and Jackie running into one of the trampoline-covered walls and getting themselves thrown across the room. “Now I understand why Chase wanted the place rented out.”
“Launch!” Jackie shouted as he jumped from one of the padded spaces between the trampolines and onto the one Chase sat on, sending the other man into the air. Chase landed on the trampoline, bounced again, and then landed on the padding, causing him to grunt and laugh loudly. Jackie casually went over Chase and hopped along like a rabbit until he reached a pit filled with foam cubes and tossed himself into it.
“I am so thankful this place is idiot-proof.” Henrik groaned as he rubbed his forehead.
“Perfect place for them to have a lot of fun.” Marvin took his phone out and sent a few texts.
“Jump! Jump! Jump!” The chants got both Marvin and Henrik to look over. Chase was sitting on an angled wall and looking up. Following his gaze, there was a platform where one would jump from to go into the pit, but Chase was looking much higher up than that. Jackie had somehow gotten himself up on the ceiling.
“Jackie! Do not jump from there!” Henrik stood up.
“Do a flip!” Marvin called out.
“Marvin!”
“He’ll be fine.”
‘Do two flips!” Chase added.
“Could you not!?” Henrik looked like more gray was going to appear in his hair at any moment.
“Cannonball!” Jackie dropped and started falling with a loud cheer. He spread his body out like a starfish and, unseen by himself and Chase, his back started glowing green and was going down at a speed much too slow to be real gravity, and he landed safely into the foam pit.
“I think I have lost a few years.” Henrik groaned as he sat back down.
“I guess you do have a point about us being their emergency contacts.” Marvin grinned.
“My turn!” Chase turned and started trying to climb up the wall.
“Chase Brody, do not!” Henrik was right back on his feet. “Jackie! Put him down!”
“Make me!” Jackie called back with a laugh.
“Do you think I will not? I will!” Henrik kicked off his shoes and made his way down, walking along the padding. “I have proven my-Jackie!” He yelped when he was the one now being held up by Jackie. "Put me down!” Henrik demanded as Jackie started running, and soon, the two were flying through the air and into the foam pit.
“And this is why we let the himbos be chaotic in peace.” Marvin half-sang as he sent the video he took to JJ.
