Personally I haven’t seen any Jensen hate on my time line, blessing there, but the homophobic Jensen shit has got to stop. In many ways, time and time again in the last 12 years he has proved he isn’t a bigot in any way that I can see, and when asked about a fannonship has given the same answer every time he is asked- that it is not cannon. Yet, some keep asking and getting angry because he answers, that he acts dean they way it’s written. So what do you do? Because you don’t like the actor’s answer or the way the script is written, you call a decent man out every few con months or so for being homophobic.
I don’t know Jensen, but I have never seen one homophobic action on his part. Frustration yes, slight annoyance that you aren’t getting what he’s saying and he has to keep repeating it, but not bigotry. Believe what you want. Write, draw what you want, he’s not stopping you, but when someone gives you their honest opinion, don’t make up horrendous lies and try to ruin his reputation.
P.S No one that has ever worked with Jensen has ever had a bad word to say for him, so I would think if he was a bigot in any way we’d know about by now.
I respect Jensen’s art and abilities and I respect his right to know his character inside and out after 12 years.
