You mean the “Real Escape” thing right? It’s a live event where teams have to solve puzzles and find clues to win by “escaping” a venue. They did a Part 4 Escape event at three amusement parks over the summer and the Stardust Crusaders-themed one is at a bunch of different hotels around Japan.
SCRAP, one of the companies that runs these events in Japan, apparently now hosts a few in the US and made this promo video to Introduce the concept:

Hello! It’s from the newest Rohan one-shot (Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan: Episode 7) that came out today-ish! You can look at the raw scans here, but for as far as I know a translation isn’t available yet. I am sure people are working on it though!
