Chicken Jerk Curry . 500g - Cubed Chicken Breast (Pre cooked in seasoned water, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 cracked cardamom pods, 1” cassia bark, tsp fennel seeds, bay leaf, simmer for 10 mins then drain and set aside). . 1 Medium Onion Chopped. 2 Cloves Minced Garlic. 1 Tsp Grated Ginger. 1 Tin Coconut Milk. 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes. 2 Tsp Daddy Cools Jerk Marinade. 1 Green Bell Pepper (I used red, all I had in). 1 Large Tomato 1/4 (4 pieces). 1 Tsp Mild Curry Powder. 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder. 1 Tbsp Rapeseed Oil. .
