This Jerk Salmon Fettuccine Alfredo is a mix of Caribbean flavors and Italian comfort food. It has spicy jerk-seasoned salmon, a creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked fettuccine.
Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets. 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning. 8 ounces fettuccine pasta. 2 tablespoons butter. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. You can season salmon fillets with jerk seasoning. In a baking sheet, put the salmon. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it's fully cooked. In the meantime, cook the fettuccine according to the directions on the box. Remove the water and set it aside. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. Add the heavy cream and cook for two to three minutes. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and keep stirring the sauce until it gets thicker. Add pepper and salt to taste. When the fettuccine is done, add it to the pan and toss it around so that the Alfredo sauce covers it all. Put pasta on plates, then jerk salmon fillets on top of each one. Add fresh parsley on top of the salmon. Enjoy while hot!
