iâd say he was obsessed with her, not in love. if he were in love heâd want her to be happy. it was 100% unhealthy and selfish. i am not here for child abusers to be forgiven because âoh he was in loveâ xD
oh no, i totally get that it wasnât love to anyone outside of his own head, but to him it was what he thought was love, and because it wasnât reciprocated whatsoever he, instead of accepting it, decided to make an eleven year old boyâs life a misery because he just so happens to be the offspring of the man he hates. the harry potter pages on my facebook tend to just ignore this completely because he did one good thing and apparently that means that the past seventeen years donât mean a thing -- i know jkâs more questionable now than she was back then, but i donât know why she thought it was a good idea for harry to name his son after him ?? no matter how you spin it, his actions didnât erase an entire history of behaviour and iâm just tired of people saying that he was a great man when he was literally only performed good deeds for like an hour or two before his death. not to mention, the scene where he walks past a clearly devastated and terrified child to hug the dead body of a woman he had no right to touch while her husband lay dead downstairs ??? yeah, okay jan, heâs a super good dude.
