O Sapientia

The Antiphon:

“O Wisdom, coming forth from the mouth of the Most High, reaching from one end to the other mightily, and sweetly ordering all things: Come and teach us the way of prudence.”

The Scripture:

“She reaches mightily from one of the earth to the other, And she orders all things well.” Wisdom 8:1

In every religious tradition, wisdom is female and, in most sacred art, portrayed as fiercely bravely so. What would your life of faith look like if you not only remembered, but embraced, this view of wisdom?

Wisdom is the right way to go. Jesus Himself said He was the right Way to go. Therefore, Jesus IS wisdom.
