        boy, is holden slammed. he’s not a goddamn LIGHTWEIGHT or anything, but more than a few orders of scotch and coke is enough to do it. there’s a girl, though, sitting near him in the adjacent booth, but it’s dark as hell in there. he decides to give her the old eye and see if she notices. maybe he’ll buy her a drink or something.
