Jiiraan
Jiiraan was known to be a publicly active figure. Her work roles as an Angel were not something I could find in my research, but she apparently assisted some bars near the Tree of Death as a bartender, which is where most of the public knows her from. She was considered a bit of a flirt with a lot of personality, and was known for being loud and rambunctious even around new people. The public had a lot of positive things to say about her after her passing, and her death became widely known around Death City with lots of speculation about who spiked her drink.
