“You got the file?” Back to back, Jim set his phaser back to fry. He tilted his head towards the helmeted figure behind him. Flashing a fierce grin towards Captain Magnet as the hero raised the flash drive by its key chain.
“Oh, this little ole thing?” He teased, the filter in his helmet forcing his voice through a digital filter.
“Excellent.” Jim fired off a round, taking out CrushRoom’s left arm at the circuitry forcing him to look away from the black and purple helmet. “With that I can make it back in time for my date.”
“Date?” Had it been for the filter, Jim would have sworn there was confusion to Cap’s tone.
“Yeah, I had to pause on my date plans.” As he watched the mushroom themed mascot pick up her fallen arm, he winced as she began to chase Flamezilla around with it. Cap straightened, back stiff behind him. “I can still make it if I bail now though. You guys got this, right?”
Dinner. At the Park. Hiro had completely forgotten about it what with Noodle Burger Boy and his squadron completely decimating down town.
That’s what Jim had been texting him about.
At this point, Jim doesn’t know for sure that Hiro is Captain Magnet, more the start of suspicions.
Tim’s with Wasabi and Gogo dealing with Hyper-Potamus and Hangry Panda.
The Flashdrive contain’s plans and designs for Dr. Gepetto’s Pinocchio Project, a android designed to carry a human consciousness. NBB and Co just want is for the robot parts more than the transfer. Team Tweeb was on duty keeping the programming protected when the two groups showed up.
