Is the jjk fandom still alive? Imaging if Nanami ended up with the bakery girl and lived out his dream of retiring in Malaysia, reading books on the seashore :")
Contemplating on writing stuff for my faves...
"nanami was always going to die for itadori, because he could not die for haibara." IM SICK IM ILL. the way the beer bottle just FLUNG and hit my newborn right on the noggin! please stop. i can't do this anymore.
If I had a nickel for every time Yuuta kissed a curse I'd have two nickels ...
which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice
i desperately need a shoko ieiri figure please
Now that Maki is back (cries of victory) let's talk a bit about Mai.
In her last moments in Shibuya que saw her with a snipper aiming to shoot Kenjaku. And she actuly did!
And he acknowledged her! This is probably the only moment Mai has been acknowledged by someone who is placed higher than her.
We all know what the Zenin Clan did to the twins, Maki been lavelled as a a failure and Mai's technique been considered weak.
In her duel against Maki she talks about how she feels inferior to her even if she is the one with cursed energy, how she always felt behind her. Even the secene mirrors that! Mai on the ground in the shadow of a tree while Maki is standing besides her in the light.
The point, is how important is that panel, Kenjaku acknowledging Mai, a day more or less before dying. Kenjaku was surprised by that! A sorcerer who lived hundreds of years! Practically he was saying that never before anyone tried killing him like that.
Mai at least died knowing somehow she was worth to be a sorcerer and probably one of the few who has an hypothetic chance of harming Kenjaku.
I hope my point makes sense, I tried to build this the most clear way but I have been distracted several times so I don't know how it came up.
i love that in jujutsu kaisen there are SO MANY female characters, i feel like it’s not that common in other anime or mangas, and also they are freakin badass. i really appreciate this.
