I've been watching for some time, watching others have the ability to go from standing to backbends and various crazy positions 👏🏼 I know this takes a LOT of patience, trust in yourself and practice. Last night I decided to take the plunge before bed and attempt myself. 🙈 what a truly scary thing it is to push yourself and give constant positive thoughts to push through what you want to achieve. This tiny snippet is the start of something completely new for me. I'm able to do backbends but when starting from different positions it is quite scary! This marks the start in the beginning of my progress and I couldn't be more excited to share.
