My piece for the 2024 Jak and Daxter fanzine!

I'm so happy to finally post this since I literally drew it forever ago lol. For my idea I was going for the end party in Jak 2 but Jak 3 instead since the zine was also celebrating Jak 3s 20th anniversary! As I said before I thank everyone for making this happen and it was an absolute joy working on this project! <3

My ramblins and the art progress below the cut

My fist thought was that I wanted the two to be happy and showing off the gameplay which I love the most. I had planned for this to be in Havens Industrial district with the battle going on below and signs glowing all over the place.

Cleaning up the sketch I didn't really like the flow and how it was sitting on the page so I turned it all.

This was when I decided to change the location to Spargus and went ingame to find a good orb to catch.

I did catch a few things that needed changing because of the way I changed Jak's angle.

Part 2 of my works for @jndzine - the notepad! I had a lot of fun painting this. My only regret is not making them sticky notes instead! Ah well, maybe on my own time.

Receiving my Zine package 2 days early was the best thing to see after work yesterday! I never thought I'd be able to put something into my hoard tag that I helped work on. I'm so proud to have worked on this and want to thank everyone who made this happen! I've been a jnd fan for my entire life, and finally contributing to it in a bigger way makes me so happy. Thank you Joey for putting this whole thing together, and all the artist for making amazing pieces! My piece will be posted soon!
