Locking in and jock mind setting in
Just locked in with my coach and we're officially starting the real training program. I've only been lifting for about 3 months, but I'm ready to take this to the next level.
I'm all in on the transformation — building muscle, hitting 165 lbs, getting stronger on the big lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, etc.), and finally stepping into that gym bro mindset. Compression gear on, ready to flex and put in the work.
Coach has the full regimen and tasks laid out, and I'm ready to follow everything he says. No excuses, just consistent execution.
