       Ike really was concerned for his friend when he saw him get hit by the car, and he TOTALLY agreed with his brother’s ridiculing of him but he couldn’t help but hide out of the room to get all of his laughing out of the way without Clyde seeing him.                    He didn’t want to seem like a brat about it. But the look on Clyde’s face when he was crossing the street was so confident that the oncoming traffic would just stop for him that it’s hard not to laugh when one didn’t.

A sigh escapes him, exhales from his lungs ; long and exasperated. Clyde Donovan. A man of words —– Stupid words, but surprisingly, charming ( conflicting emotions / ones he won’t admit to the other ). A curl threatens to tug at his lips as arms cross over his chest.

Heat was quick to rush to Craig’s cheeks when he overheard the other’s words. He didn’t deserve Clyde as a best friend, someone who was so sweet and emotional (in a good way of course). His eyes fluttered shut, his face slowly turning to a bright shade of red as he let out a deep huff. 

“...that’s so gay.” He groaned, before starting to flash a (very small) smile. “Probably the gayest thing you’ve ever said to me.”

“Dude... it’s only been an hour.” Craig turned to face his best friend, his stoic expression shifting slightly. His eyebrows lifted and he stepped forward to grab one of Clyde’s hands, squeezing it tight. He wasn’t weirded out by the brunet’s words or anything; in fact, he was thrilled to know that his bestie cared about him so much.

...still, the raven haired boy didn’t outwardly express his feelings much. Not on his face, at least. “...I missed you too though, you dork.”
