Jody Fallon
Known for his haunting figurative work and expressionist landscapes, Jody Fallon is a self taught contemporary artist, proficient in oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel and pencil. Between 1996 and 2000, he was introduced to painting and sculpture by three artists who he had come to know and admire; Frank Frazetta, Paul Lehr and Ron Wing, affording him the vehicle of expression that he had sought most of his life.

Lovecraftian Dream, by Jody Fallon, via pariahfineart.com.
Whose cruor did we spread on the night of our mortal curse? Delivered out of nothingness on the brink of extinction. How did it happen that we carried the remains of so many ghosts during our pilgrimage out of the garden.
Plasmic bodies held in tarnished vials, tied to our belts before entering the wastelands.
Overwhelmed by a protrusion of stars. It’s how I longed to live, but never had the courage to pursue. Instead, I took to cities nearest to the garden where a flourishing, rampaging disease erupted without mercy.
The first time I get lost in this is when I fall apart: guts hanging to the floor as I become concave. A demon forces its way inside that goes by the name of Iammax. Animating my rotting skin with the necromancy that is its legacy. Still, by the time I returned to cities & their progress I’m nothing more than a tired shade.
