Joffery glanced at the small boy as he walked passed him almost touching Jofferys elbow. He looked quite familiar but gods be dammed if he could remember where he had seen him before. The stink of hard travel and horses clung to the boy so that when he passed him Jofferys nose crinkled in disgust.

"He must be one of the stable boys or a workman apprentice" Joffery thought to himself. 

Joff walked on almost instantly forgetting the urchin as soon as he was out of sight, However he did reach in his tunic to check his gold pouch was still full and accounted for. One could never be careful with the common rabble that he had to share Kings Landing with. 

He paused.

His tunic was cut.

Someone had cut his coin purse and its contents were half gone.

He whirled around, fury overtaking him. 

He saw that boy from earlier look towards him with a small smile upon his face. It was him

"GUARDS!! THAT THIEF HAS TAKEN MY GOLD!! BRING HIM TO ME" Joffery roared at his Kings Guard and wildly gestured to the boy who upon seeing this vanished off behind a corner

3 men from Jofferys guard detail broke off and ran after the boy.

Joffery was confident his men would catch him and he would take great pleasure in teaching him what happens when someone dares to defile the belongings of the great Joffery Baratheon
