Hi. This has to do with au stories that have John help Sherlock dismantle Moriarty's network. With elwinglyre recently completing their story Reprise, I asked her in a comment on the fic if she knew of any others. She said she couldn't recall any but she thought there had to be some other there and that you would be the one to ask. I'm including the link to her story below.
