Brad and Tiffany, though lowly animal handlers, had a deep and abiding love for one another. Unfortunately Tiffany suffered several difficult pregnanies that resulted in in her health falling apart. She had a son in 1301, Marsh Burb, but she passed away in 1303 in childbed. In 1304 Cassandra Goth chose to marry far beneath her station, taking Brad Burb as her husband. She quickly was pregnant but had a stillborn son. Many felt that the Burb line was cursed but in 1307 Cassandra had a healthy daughter, Isabella. Since then the family has remained stable.
Brad is a simple, honest man. He's never tried to rise above the station he was born into and despite the hardships his family has faced he's remained steadfast and hard working. Cassandra choosing him was a boon many felt he didn't deserve, but he was very grateful to have a mother for his young children.

The apple of her mother's eye, Isabella is never far from her parents, crawling after them in the fields or sitting with them in the kennels. She was very upset when the family dog Tucker passed.
