Something that can't be forgotten
Hello 👋 I know this is probably a common type of ask but could I request an johnny joestar x jealous s/o scenario? (Just found your blog like 20 minutes ago and had to send this lol your writing is really good, love the way you write the dialogue ❤️)
Many people think that Johnny is just a puppy…but who forgets that this little boy has done threesomes (in the manga he is canon!)…Johnny is not joking about charm and then he is my favorite Joestar, he has extra points for this too. He may be aware of his charm but I don't think he's that rude…here's the fic!
Fandom: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run

A Matter of Attention
The arrival of a new stage was always an excuse to celebrate.
After days of traveling, fighting against exhaustion, and pushing themselves forward, even Johnny had to admit that a warm meal and a proper bed felt like a reward.
The small town was lively that evening. The streets were filled with racers, locals, and people eager to forget about the difficulties of the journey for a few hours.
Gyro had immediately decided they deserved a celebration.
Johnny had not argued.
And you certainly weren't going to complain.
For once, the three of you were able to sit somewhere without worrying about the next obstacle waiting for you.
The drinks were flowing, the music was loud, and Gyro had already started telling a story that was probably exaggerated by at least fifty percent.
At some point, you excused yourself to go to the bathroom.
And when you returned, you stopped.
Johnny was surrounded.
Not by enemies.
Not by people asking about the race.
By women.
A group of them had gathered around him, laughing and complimenting him. Some were asking about his journey, others were simply enjoying his attention.
And Johnny...
Johnny was just sitting there.
Looking confused.
That was somehow worse.
Because he wasn't even trying.
You knew Johnny's charm.
You had seen it before.
The quiet confidence.
The way people became curious about him because he seemed impossible to fully understand.
The way he rarely spoke, but when he did, people listened.
You knew he wasn't doing anything wrong.
You knew he wasn't encouraging them.
And still...
You felt something unpleasant twist in your chest.
The memory came back before you could stop it.
You hadn't meant to listen.
You had only been near the horses, making sure they had been fed properly, when you heard voices nearby.
Gyro and Johnny.
They had been talking more openly than usual.
Sharing pieces of their past.
Their mistakes.
The things they rarely admitted.
You remembered Gyro laughing about something before asking Johnny about his experiences with women.
Johnny's answer had been casual.
Too casual.
He had admitted that before the race, he had been with two women and that he had changed relationships often.
It wasn't surprising.
You knew Johnny wasn't inexperienced.
You knew he had lived a completely different life before losing everything.
And yet hearing it out loud had made something uncomfortable settle in your chest.
Because now, watching those women around him, you couldn't stop thinking about it.
Johnny had always been wanted.
And maybe you were just one more person who had started wanting him.
You hated that feeling.
You hated that you couldn't just ignore it.
You weren't his girlfriend.
You weren't someone who had the right to tell him who he could or couldn't talk to.
Johnny was free.
He was his own person.
And you would never want to take that away from him.
But knowing that didn't make the feeling disappear.
It only made you more frustrated.
Later that night, when the three of you returned to the room you had rented, Gyro was already asleep.
Completely.
Peacefully.
Almost annoyingly.
Johnny glanced toward him.
"He falls asleep anywhere."
You smiled faintly.
"Apparently."
For a moment, things were quiet.
Then Johnny looked at you.
"You've been quiet."
You looked away.
"I'm tired."
Johnny stared.
"No, you're not."
You blinked.
"What?"
"That's not the reason."
You frowned slightly.
"You don't know that."
"I do."
Johnny wasn't smiling.
He wasn't teasing.
He was just watching you with that strange ability he had to notice things even when he pretended not to care.
Before you could answer, there was a knock at the door.
Both of you looked over.
Johnny opened it slightly.
One of the women from earlier stood there.
She smiled.
"Sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if you wanted to come back downstairs. Maybe have a drink? Just the two of us."
You froze.
Johnny looked at her.
Then at you.
Then back at her.
Before he could say anything, you stepped forward.
"He's tired."
The woman looked surprised.
"And you are?"
You hesitated.
The answer should have been simple.
But it wasn't.
You weren't his girlfriend.
You weren't anything official.
Still, you looked at her.
"Someone who knows he needs rest after a race."
There was a brief silence.
The woman looked between the two of you, clearly understanding something you hadn't admitted yet.
She smiled awkwardly.
"Right."
And left.
Johnny closed the door.
Silence filled the room.
Then:
"You're jealous."
Your head snapped toward him.
"I'm not."
Johnny raised an eyebrow.
"You are."
"I'm just saying she should leave you alone because you need sleep."
"That is not what you were saying."
You opened your mouth.
Nothing came out.
Johnny sat down on the edge of the bed, watching you.
You crossed your arms.
"I just think it's annoying."
"What is?"
"The fact that everyone acts like you're some kind of prize."
Johnny blinked.
"A prize?"
"Yes."
You sighed.
"And I know it's stupid because you're not mine. I know that. I'm not trying to control you or tell you what to do, but I just—"
You stopped.
But then continued anyway.
"You're surrounded by people who know exactly how charming you are, and you don't even seem to notice it, and then I remember what Gyro asked you earlier and—"
"Wait."
You stopped.
Johnny was still looking at you.
"Earlier?"
You froze.
"Nothing."
"You heard that conversation."
Your face warmed.
"Maybe."
A quiet laugh escaped him.
Not mocking.
Just surprised.
"You've been thinking about that this whole time?"
"No."
Johnny stared.
You sighed.
"...Maybe."
For a moment, he said nothing.
Then he stood up and walked closer.
You expected a joke.
A comment.
Something sarcastic.
Instead, he simply reached out and gently pressed his fingers against your cheek.
You stopped talking immediately.
Mostly because you were too surprised.
"Johnny—"
He kissed you before you could finish.
It was quick.
Soft.
Enough to leave you completely speechless.
When he pulled away, there was the smallest hint of amusement in his expression.
Finally.
Silence.
"You were talking too much."
Your face immediately turned red.
"That is your excuse?"
"It worked."
You looked away, embarrassed.
Johnny's expression softened.
Because underneath all the frustration, all the jealousy, all the attempts to convince yourself that you didn't have the right to feel that way...
You cared.
And he knew what that felt like.
"I don't care about them."
You looked back.
Johnny shrugged slightly.
"They're just people."
A pause.
Then, quieter:
"You are different."
Your expression changed.
Johnny looked away, almost uncomfortable with how honest he was being.
"I'm not good at this."
You smiled a little.
"I noticed."
He ignored that.
"But I know what I want."
The room became quiet.
"I don't want you thinking you're just another person passing by."
Your heart softened.
Because for Johnny Joestar, that was a lot.
More than a grand speech.
More than a dramatic confession.
It was him.
You smiled.
"You're still terrible at reassuring people."
"I know."
"But it worked."
Johnny nodded.
"Good."
From the other side of the room came a sleepy voice.
"Are you two done being emotionally complicated?"
You both froze.
Gyro was still lying down with his eyes closed.
You stared.
"Are you awake?"
"No."
A pause.
"I just regret having ears."
Johnny looked away.
You couldn't help laughing.
And as the night finally settled around the three of you, the jealousy that had felt so overwhelming earlier seemed much smaller.
Because Johnny had never been someone easy to understand.
But maybe that was why, when he chose someone, it meant everything.
