I thought it's just a Spanish name for a macchiato but it's not. Cortado is espresso with a bit of warm milk to remove the acidity. Can add tiny foam for art but it's not required. Macchiato is espresso with itty bitty milk and foam. Anybody a barista? Did I get all that right? I really love the cortado!
