Coaches Alexi and Thor (and Jess!) are competing at Stones and Strength this weekend in squamish (strong man style competition) so Coach Taryn will be taking both mornings. She’ll be choosing the Oly drills for classes so be ready! Saturday will be Snatch focus and Sunday will be C&J.
