I'm glad someone else doesn't completely buy the whole "Gentleman Joshua" thing. Of course he still respects you but he just loves turning you into a fucking mess for him.

So, I recently started up my own little rp blog (which is kinda in the same universe as CoF/AoM/Grey), and I wanted to know how I could move forward with it? Ah! Sorry about that we’ve been very busy lately- I’m currently in the mist of writing a short novel! It’s rather exciting but I can’t go into details that’d be spoiler territory! But again Me and Mod David are rather new at this so…?? Just show what you got- perhaps write a few rp starters out see if anyone responds or perhaps. Join others starters or even just exist. How has Elidar-III become a desert with it being the temperature that it is? In my studies of various planetoids I have found that many that are primarily desert are not cold and vice versa.

This is actually a common misconception! A desert is defined as a region so arid because of little rainfall that it supports only sparse and widely spaced vegetation or no vegetation at all or any area in which few forms of life can exist because of lack of water, permanent frost, or absence of soil. An example you as a human may be familiar with, if you know any Earth history, is the continent of Antarctica. It was the largest desert on the planet for a time.

The entire planet of Elidar-III is, as far as we know, devoid of water, with the surface being covered almost entirely in a curiously tube shaped glass sand. With no water there is no chance for vegetation to grow on the planet, defining it as a desert.
