Daily Journal 2/9/15
FMLS90 Challenge will probably have to be done a couple days at a time when I have time. Tuesdays and Thursdays will probably be full for me.
I started school again so I'm having some trouble with my schedule and sleeping and stuff. I didn't really sleep well last night, so getting the energy to workout was hard. I didn't workout for the full time. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be pretty full days, so I'm not sure I can do harder workouts then. Maybe just walking in the morning. We'll see how things play out though. Friday is probably the best day to do more vigorous exercise.
Today was okay. Besides being tired. My bio class was good. And the rest of the day was spent being sleepy and making food for the week.It feels like Thursday already. I have work tomorrow and I have to make the announcement in front of the class about it and I always get nervous. I need to work out what I'm going to say. I dunno I'll figure things out. I'll feel better after the next few days are through.
I got invited to a friend's birthday thing which was cool. And I have Valentine's day plans which should make for a good weekend. :)
Mental health is good. Food day was meh. Not the worst, not the best. Exercise was alright. I parked my car farther away so I would have to walk farther and took the stairs up and down to my bio class.
I feel like I have more I want to say but I don't know what. I'm just stressed.
