How does a stan become a journalist? Isn't that weird

Well, yes and no. Is it weird to me? Most definitely. Is it weird in the world of Woso, definitely not.

Most if not all current American Woso journos are (former) stans. They simply one day dropped their AO3 accounts (true story), deleted their Tumblr accounts and started pretending they were journalists. I would say that a decent amount are capable of not letting that influence their journalism, Kim is not one of them. The sad thing is that i literally find better recaps of games and insights into the game on Tumblr than i do in Woso articles. 

Sea animals came from the sea to become land animals, stans came from the depths of Tumblr to become journalists, sadly one evolution was more successful than the other.
