If anyone else is seeing those Joyba ads I highly recommend NOT buying them.
I got each flavor at Walmart a couple weeks ago (each box of 4 was $10) and the tea itself tastes fine I guess but the bobas are so fucked up.
They are popping boba but they don’t melt away all pleasant-like like all the other popping boba I’ve ever had. The boba will pop and leave behind a papery rind. Papery film. Papery skin. I don’t know but it’s fucking awful. You literally have to chew these little circles of paper or just swallow them whole. They were so bad that Sheri just ended up drinking them whole because they were so off putting.
This drink was the only time I have ever been sad that there were so many boba still at the bottom of the cup when the tea was gone.
