When I get my act together he does a damn fine job in his changes 🙌🏼 (Okay Joyce said it was only an 8.5 but still it feels good!) So the things I'm taking away are: 1. FORWARD 2. Be more picky and more strict about EVERYTHING. No more sloppy transitions. Moments behind my leg or coming against the hand. 3.When I ride my left change turn my body more and give with my hand. 4. More suppleness and give before I go into the half pass and pirouettes. If I don't have the give there's no point in riding it. 5. Don't get too stuck. Ask and give ask and give. But do it quickly! I always learn so much from Joyce and the.
