Who's cheer captain and who's on the bleachers? - joz-yyh This is gonna be a fun one! I'd say Shiro is the one on the bleachers and Ichigo is the cheer captain. My reason for this is that Shiro and Ichigo have different versions of pride. Shiro would do anything to stay out of the spot light, like a predator. Ichigo on the other hand, whatever the reason, would go out and do this, especially if it's something he promised he'd do. His determination is his pride, hence he never gives up. ~ Shiro pushed through the crowd, ignoring the people who cursed him or gave him harsh glares, only for the glares to turn to shock due to the Hollow's appearance. Shiro rolled his eyes, tempted to make a 'petty human' remark until his eyes spotted the tangled mess of orange hair that he'd really come here for. With renewed reason, Shiro ran forward. Ichigo was talking to another student, both of them clad in red shorts and a somewhat-tight, white shirt. Having been scolded by Ichigo in the past, Shiro stayed quiet until Ichigo finished talking. When brown eyes turned to Shiro, a faint blush crept across Ichigo's face. "Shiro?" The Hollow always admired the way Ichigo spoke his name, like a hushed whisper, like Shiro was actually important. "What are you doing here?" "Rukia left a message fer ya... She said she'd meet ya after yer big cheer was done." Shiro cleared his throat. "I wasn' sure what she meant, so I came as fast as I could." There was a mixture of fury and shock in Ichigo's eyes. Before he could respond, Shiro cut in. "Ya could've told me. All those weekends that ya went 'patroling'. Ya came here didn' ya?" Ichigo nodded, zero hesitation. Shiro had figured it out. It wasn't like he could hide it anymore. Shiro smiled, "I'll sit here until yer done then." He pointed a pale finger to the bleachers. Ichigo nodded, "Thanks..." "Fer what?" Ichigo grunted softly, averting his eyes. "Not... making fun of me." Shiro grinned, "Oh, don't you worry, that'll come later, but not from me." Standing at the top of the bleachers were three familiar faces. The bored Karin, the supportive Yuzu and the ever enthusiastic Isshin. Ichigo paled, "G-Great..." Shiro chuckled, "Go get 'em King." ~ Also, this reminded me of a comic I found.
