So in the back of the directors cut it says that Johnny lets Eff drive. I think about this a lot...........like how????? Obviously eff can't reach the gas pedal so is Johnny operating the pedal while eff steers? Is psycho down there operating the pedal? Why does Johnny let him drive???? WHY
