"I wish for a mommy!" Jubileena said. Two hands appeared and then a head. It grew long hair and eyes started to appear.
The Doctor watched in amazement.
"Puppy!" Jubileena petted Pongo on the head.
"He sometimes still thinks he is," Archie said good-naturedly. It sounded kinder than trying to correct her.
Pongo enjoyed the attention, even coming from a stranger. His spotted tail wagged a mile a minute and his tongue reached up to touch the hand that had just patted his head.
"Looks like he likes you."
"I want to meet him. Please, I won't be scared. I promise."
"Are you absolutely certain, young lady? He...I...well, I can't. He'd hold me responsible and...I'm terribly sorry," the clock informed the girl.
"My watch!" Jubileena said, standing up. "And lookit! Wings!"
"..H--how?" Vidia stammered, intrigued if not slightly thrown off.
"I've been good, I promise! I've been working in my kitchen!" Jubileena said. "I made something new!"
"Oh? What is that, dear?" Vidia asked. She crossed her arms, perching herself on a low branch
"Hiya mister Howl!" Jubileena said.
"AH, hello little Jubileena. How are you? Its been a while since I have seen you around!"
As Jubileena chewed the candy, a strange blob appeared. It started to wiggle, two arms coming out. Then, legs appeared as a torso started to form. "It's working!"
The Doctor watched what was happening in front of them. “What did you wish for?”
