Similar diamond-point bow ties worn by authority in ToonTown. Coincidence?
Marvel Graphic Novel Roger Rabbit in The Resurrection of Doom with Roger rabbit, Jessica Rabbit, 1989
now's your chance to take a [BIG SHIT]
Okay so like when Gary K. Wolf first got the rights to Roger Rabbit back, the first question I had was "who gets the rights to the characters that weren't in the book and were invented for the movie, such as Judge Doom and the Toon Patrol?" Most people's answers were "those characters died, so we don't have to worry about that."
And it's like??? Does no one care? I mean, yeah, the villains died in the movie and it's assumed that they can't be brought back if there ever was a sequel anyway. But 1) I kinda still wanna know who holds the rights to use those characters because I love those characters and 2) the villains in the movie weren't the only movie-exclusive characters: Benny the Cab is affected by this as well.
What a way to celebrate an anniversary
