山城中的茶藝 山城品茶藝更具一番風味，特別是當視覺與味蕾交織，一切將昇華的更為深刻。九份的金銀故事與那些老城美景，總名列關北台灣觀光重點之一，不管是帶初到台灣的新朋友或是自己去遊玩，只有意猶未盡可以形容，而這回的新發現，其實並不是特別的新地點，我回想著，可能以前總覺得到觀光景點品茗略有陳腔濫調或刻意營造，但我要改變這樣的想法，因為細節與故事，可能就這樣被錯過了。

這是坐落二十餘年看遍山城蕭瑟與近代新興光景的一間老茶坊，「九分茶坊」將一棟古厝巧妙地用現代感的照明與陳設修飾呈現了台灣茶藝，茶壺、茶杯、瓷器個個像是藝術品的被放在自己的位置，斑駁感的古牆粉彩絕對是最美襯托了，老老的磚與泥色背景應映襯那些光影，我感受到台灣文化與品茗工藝被在這裡全然地被尊重了，不論商業與否，透過這樣的美意肯定能與客人產生共鳴與茶對話，接著我繼續沈浸在這空間裡，聞香也聞藝。

Though I've been to #juifang several times, here's my first time to visit this modern-tradition-mix chinese tea room! Love the way they present pots and potteries, and I totally #obsessed with the #subtle shabby wall shades into the lumière elegantly. I know people gonna enjoy the #tea and atmosphere there and find their connection with #Taiwanesetea #culture! (The store: "jioufen-teahouse" at Juifang, T'Ai-Wan, Taiwan)
