Sorry I have more crack thoughts about salesjun. It would be so funny if they did get into a relationship after Junho woke from his coma and for a whole month each year, Junho's boyfriend kind of disappears (obviously to go do his recruiting in the subway and stuff for the annual Squid Game). The first time Junho believes him when he says it's an international work trip, but the second year it happens, Junho sees on his phone tracker that his boyfriend is still in SK. So he goes and tails him (and sees that the Recruiter has a whole other apartment just for his Squid Game stuff but not the weird ddakji or slapping stuff).

And instead of suspecting sinister motives, Junho thinks - that slutty son of a bitch is cheating on me and he has a whole other life with someone else.

Cut to timestamp where the Recruiter goes to Gihun's abandoned love hotel lair, with Junho following close behind and ready to confront his boyfriend about his affair and side twink only to kick down the door and find him and Gihun playing Russian roulette and his boyfriend deepthroating that gun 💀💀💀

(OR if he calls the Recruiter beforehand and starts yelling about him cheating and I saw you go into that cheap love hotel with my own eyes, gaesaekki while Gihun is just hovering there looking confused, and the Recruiter not being able to get a single sentence in Junho's one-sided continuous rant. I'm sorry, I am trying to spread my slutty Junho agenda 😔 love the little dude sm, and it would be so funny if the Recruiter actually had a life outside of the Games recruiting and it's strangely mundane or something.)

This art is based on a original Guard Jun-ho AU I've been thinking non-stop about. Long story short, it involves a very morally grey Jun-ho, who is wiling to sacrifice anything to have his hyung back in his life. Even the lives of other people.

(I should probably write a fanfic on this AU before I forget all of the interactions I've envisioned in my brain.)

((Edit: Just decided to add some more explanation to the AU if anyone's curious.

In this AU, Jun-ho gets in touch with his hyung via the Recruiter, and the Recruiter is ultimately the one who comes up with the whole "Hey, you know, you could hang out with your hyung if you worked alongside him lol but that's just a suggestion ahha".

Is In-ho a fan of the idea? No. But if he were to reject Jun-ho, he'd be going against his whole "It's just business, nothing personal" kind of mindset. After all, Jun-ho is a great asset from a logical standpoint, and could easily be trusted with a higher rank (Manager/Officer) thanks to his unwavering loyalty and other promising qualities. But, naturally, in order to preserve equality Jun-ho will have to climb the ranks on his own.

Of course, the Recruiter doesn't do anything for free, and since he was the one to score Jun-ho his new position, he expects all the love and attention the youngest Hwang can provide (not literally, but close enough). Jun-ho is not amused.))
