The Game - Hitman: Codename 47 The Track - Jungle Exploration The Composer - Jesper Kyd After making some of the greatest music ever to grace the Sega Genesis, Jesper Kyd became the go-to composer for the fantastic stealth series Hitman, one of my favorite Western game franchises. It’s too bad he left after Blood Money, but he made some great stuff while he was around. The first game in particular was more synth driven and less orchestral, and this track is quite unlike anything else from later in 47′s career. I don’t recommend playing the first since its mechanics aren’t fully realized and the price for failure is very unforgiving. They made Contracts as a sort of remake to the first, and I’d recommend that instead. Just listen to the soundtrack remotely and that’ll be good enough.
