one thing i love about star wars is the evolution of design and silhouettes. mandalorian helmets into clone helmets into stormtrooper helmets. scout walkers into AT-STs. republic attack cruisers into imperial star destroyers. even kyl0 ren’s mask attempting to mimic vader’s as proof of his perverse admiration for him. it’s neat!! it’s good storytelling and world building!!
