I’m in Akusuka in my second playthrough, and Tatiana has this ad running where she talks about how the city’s past energy crisis was worse, NSR is good, blah blah...
What’s interesting, though, is that she mentions there was only one charter before NSR took over. What if that charter was the mystery artist in the mural?
