This is a character creation, sharing, and growth group, NOT an exclusive role-play group.
Though RP is allowed and can happen, no one is under any obligation to RP with other members. If someone isn't comfortable RPing with you, do not pester them. No is no, period, and group administration will defend this rule fervently. No one should be forced to partake in an activity if they do not want to.If you are being pressured or made uncomfortable, let us know.
This group is overall SFW.
Mature and complex writing and artwork can come about without the need for overly explicit content. If you cannot write without using explicit content, this is not the group for you. Not sure about something? Just ask!
Absolutely no sexual abuse, pedophilia, or other inappropriate fetishes.
This falls under the SFW rule. This is a public content group, if you wouldn't discuss it outside of your home (say in a public Café where others can hear you), do not put it in your work here. Your content does not exist in a bubble here, it is not filtered, and this is not the place for kinks. Pedophilia will result in immediate expulsion from the group.
Our group is open and welcoming to all kinds. If you cannot get along with and respect another member, do not initiate contact. Harassment, stalking, pressuring, circumventing blocked status, etc. are handled with a zero tolerance policy. Cause problems and you will be ejected from the group no questions asked.
Junktown Canon is flexible, but please respect it and do not break canon.
Basically the character and universe Canons are set up to make this group easier to collaborate in. It's like an open sandbox giving you a place to create and have fun. It's not equitable to other members if your character is god-like and able to break universal rules at will, the canon puts everyone on a level playing field (sorry folks, this means no sizeshifters, physics are set hard so shifting would destroy a body. If you change body size, you only get to do it once, and you have to think of a very good reason why it happened.)
Lastly, use your own character creations, not pre-existing pop characters.
A big part of this group is getting to create a character that is uniquely yours. It is fine to use non-story characters like adoptables or re-contextualize your own original characters, but do not take a popular character from a movie or show, or a character that belongs to someone else, and use them verbatim in-character. That defeats the purpose of the group.
