Lysander Kobe

Lysander's background also comes from a tragedy. My mother was watching a show about something called the Texas Clock tower Shooting that happened in 1966. Apparently it was some guy who got on top of a clock tower and just sniped people. The sniper managed to kill 16 people and injure 32. Also I believe the sniper killed himself once police reached him at the top of the tower.

I thought "hey that's a cool idea for a character!" and I created Lysander. Originally Lysander was MUCH crazier than the tame/loving husband he is now. I think his character development is really interesting and I think if he hadn't met Kirais he would have really gone down the path of the sniper.

Soshi Hwa

His name was thought of on the fly by me. Right before naming him I read a horrifying article about a 2 year old Japanese child that was starved to death by his parents. I'm not sure if it was intentional since I don't remember much of the article but I think his parents were just neglecting him. The thing that made me more mad was that Soshi's parents would be out of jail by the time they were in their 40's. I think they should get a lot more time for what they did, how could you possibly starve your 2 year old child? It really broke my heart, hence Soshi Hwa was given his name.

I get a lot of my character names/background ideas from things I read/see in real life. Most often it's tragic things like Soshi or Lysander (who gets his wonderful background story from the story of a college shooter).

I'd like to see what would happen if one of our couples wanted a divorce. One of the couples that didn't have children. That'd be interesting. It'd be even more interesting if it was one of the couples that did have children.

Although they would get back together in the end.

Mamoru (I don't know his last name either)

> What I wish would/should have happened to this character Hiroyuki should cheat again. But this time actually, have him just cheat with his body. Hiroyuki still loves Mamoru, but have him like hook up with someone at a bar or something and then regret it and want Mamoru back and Mamoru could mention how easy Hiroyuki is. I dunno, Hiroyuki is easier than something that's really easy.

Also Mamoru and Hiroyuki should get married sometime so they could confront Hiroyuki's parents.

Maybe when they're older?
